  It'd be nice if they didn't over-charge people by $150 on sales tax on a car. One day it was $830 and the next day we go in and it's suddenly $970.

  Plan on spending most of the day. You might want to pack a lunch. Most of the staff are decently friendly although some less than competent.

  With how much time (2 years and 3 months now) ive politely spent trying to have an issue fixed that is their job I'm done being nice. This last phone call was by far the worst and rudest service Iv ever gotten from here. You wont help, Little rock is just as bad, and im tired that the people working here can get away with being so rude and snooty to people who rely on their services to make sure things are legal and taken care of. Funny how you hang up on me then need everyone and their moms to call you since you cant just assist me with one simple thing. Stupid and waste of my time. Just like this review cause it wont change a thing!

  Unbeknownst to me, they actually do take reservations here. As well as serving exclusively from 4 desks, which each takes them between one and twenty minutes to serve someone. Could really use some upper management eyes on this to see how awful it's become. The DMV in siloam, from assessment to walking away with correct papers, took me at the most 20 minutes, yet I have been waiting here for an hour. It's just lucky I work at night so I can fully enjoy a full day here.
